With over 15 years of involvement in TENTMAKERS, Kevin has been a cornerstone of our leadership training teams and stands as one of the founding members of the Wilderness Challenge. His life’s work is marked by a deep commitment to mentorship, discipline, and the outdoors.

Professional & Military Service
An educator at heart, Kevin has spent 27 years in the classroom and currently teaches 5th Grade ELA in Ohio. His foundational sense of duty was shaped through 10 years of service in the U.S. Army Reserve and the Ohio National Guard, where he served as a flight medic.

A Legacy of Leadership & Scouting
Kevin’s dedication to the next generation is evident in his lifelong involvement with Scouting. An Eagle Scout with over 20 years of experience, he served 13 years as a Cubmaster and continues to invest in young people as an Assistant Scoutmaster and Merit Badge Counselor.

Faith & Community
For over 30 years, Kevin has been an active leader within his local church. His service has spanned many areas of church life, including:

• Youth & Sunday School Leadership
• Music Ministry & Teaching
• Leadership & Service Roles

The Heart of the Mission
Kevin’s greatest joys are found in his family, traveling, and the quiet strength of the wilderness. He is driven by a deep love for God and a desire to see others grow through intentional discipleship.

“What inspires me most about the Wilderness Challenge is watching young men discover what it truly means to be a man of God—and seeing them begin to walk confidently in that calling.”
