The Nehemiah 12-Day Leadership Training Experience is a powerful training in shifting leadership style to becoming more positive, goal-oriented, Christ and others centered and successful at achieving goals. It focuses on building relationships and how our investment in others is key to growth and positive outcomes for all. This course is designed for adults of all ages to grow in strength and courage as disciples of Jesus Christ. The course offers personal development and training experiences that will equip participants to grow in knowledge, disciplines, skills and attitudes of Christian leadership. This Christ-centered, Biblically-based training is a team led, interactive process in which people learn through the modeling, discovery, and practice of time-tested biblical principles, in an environment of encouragement, discipline, and affirmation. It is an immersion in a community of learning with up to 18 participants plus trainers, coaches and mentors.
