Dennis Earle joined the TENTMAKERS team in 2025 and serves as the Director of Wilderness North, where many of TENTMAKERS’ training programs take place. He oversees the care, maintenance, and ongoing development of the property, helping ensure that it remains a welcoming place for discipleship, leadership training, and spiritual retreat throughout the year.

In addition to maintaining the facilities and grounds, Dennis extends hospitality to every guest who visits Wilderness North. Whether preparing the property, assisting with training events, or helping meet the needs of guests, he desires to create an environment where people can experience the beauty of God’s creation, find rest, and draw closer to the Lord.

Dennis completed the TENTMAKERS 40-Day Leadership Training and Year on Mission programs in 2021–2022 in New York before serving for a year at Wilderness North. His firsthand experience with the ministry gives him a unique appreciation for the life-changing impact of the training and the importance of providing an excellent environment for those who come to Wilderness North.

Dennis and his wife, Seija, enjoy life in northern Minnesota, where they spend time walking their dogs—Diesel, Lola, and Buddy—and caring for their horse, Spartan.
