A DP Testimony:
"One winter break during college I spent a week at
Discipleship Plunge at Wilderness North. We stayed in cabins and it was very
remote so it was great for skiing, relaxing, and listening to God. It was
different from other camps I'd been to because everyone was there to learn
about how to better follow Christ, not just because their friends were going,
etc. I remember learning some really practical stuff about how to structure a
conversation when getting to know someone, and how to share Christ through
friendship. We also spent time seeking God's direction for our lives and
thinking about what our short term priorities and goals should be, which is very
important but hard to focus on in everyday life. So it was good to get away and
encouraging to be surrounded by believers who were serious about their faith in
God.
