Wilderness 40: The WR Sauey Servant Leadership Institute begins with forty days in the Superior National Forest with lodging in rustic log cabins without electricity or plumbing - a time to be stretched spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. The training is an intense interactive process that sharpens skills and builds confidence in ten vital development areas. The strong focus on community and discipleship includes the study of scripture, history, tradition, and engaging case studies with recognized senior leaders representing a variety of academic, spiritual, and business disciplines.

From Wilderness40

After the 40 days, the young leaders go back to their educational or vocational pursuits and implement Tentmakers training values and principles in the ministry that God has called them to be active in.
