Why Participate in the Joshua Leadership Institute?
Your time is valuable--we know you can't afford to waste it (or your money!) at continuing education events that don't result in real change.  The great news is that this is not just a course in "knowing"--it's a course in "being" and "doing."  Your ministry overflows from your faith, character, habits, priorities, and the way you relate with people.  If you're ready to strengthen your leadership qualities from the inside out, and if you want to reach a new level of excellence in youth ministry, this is the course for you.

• It's spiritually recharging: The Joshua Leadership Institute will minister to you as you experience rich Christian community with other leaders.
