Equipping People for Excellence in Building and Strengthening Relationships
Most of us believe we are good at building relationships--but why is it that many of us are more concerned about the impression were making on others than building someone else up? Excellent relational skills are needed in the family, workplace, and in every ministry of the church. Think about it...what would your church or family be like if people continuously focused less on themselves and more on others?
The Bridge Builders Course equips and empowers people to gain excellence in building and strengthening relationships. This practical, powerful, interactive weekend course gives people tools and skills that can be used immediately.
In Bridge Builders, participants will:
- Develop skill and confidence in the art of turning strangers into friends
- Learn how to listen effectively and make conversation easy
- Begin to be more intentional in affirming and encouraging others
- Learn how to make your church a warmer, more welcoming place for newcomers
- Understand how to make your relationships more meaningful

- Understand how relational skills make a difference in the ministries of your church
- Learn how to create opportunities to minister to others.

The training environment is fun, encouraging, and active. In less than one weekend, you will gain tools that can last a lifetime. The Bridge Builders Course will leave you refreshed, encouraged, and motivated to impact the lives of others for Jesus Christ!
Tentmakers sends 3-4 instructors to your church or other retreat location of your choice. Ideal group size is between 20 and 40 people.
