About Leadership for Life

Our Mission
Leadership for Life is a not-for-profit leadership development organization, rooted in the Christian tradition, equipping individuals with the confidence and skills needed to become leaders of integrity and influence.

The Method
Leadership for Life is an intensive leadership development course meeting one day a month over 9 months designed for professionals to reflect and act upon their God-given calling to be a leader.

International Training Alliance (ITA)

About ITA:

The International Training Alliance is an organization which has come into being in response to the deep need for Leadership training in the developing world. Several leaders responded to the need to develop training for leaders, specifically focusing on delivering an interactive course where skills rather than mere knowledge would be passed on to the trainees. It was recognized that while there is a plethora of books on the subject of leadership, the problem is not being solved by making them available to leaders or potential leaders.

Experienced leaders from more than eight cross cultural organizations have joined together in cooperation to seek to supply an answer to the acute need there is for this specialized training.

About One Heartbeat Ministries

PURPOSE: We exist to proclaim Jesus Christ to Every Heart.

MISSION: Challenging people with the Word of God to be Fully Engaged in the Mission of Jesus Christ throughout the world.

Our strategic emphasis is not placed in programs or a carefully devised business plan but is rooted in faithfully following the leading of the Spirit of God.  Wherever we go we present the truths of Jesus Christ, build people in the Word of God, and encourage them to take steps of faith in their lives.  We have seen God encounter, encourage, and empower countless hearts of those who have heard him, know him, and follow him.  We continue to see God use One Heartbeat Ministries to multiply disciples and advance the Kingdom

Youth Resources Ministry

Youth Resources exists for the advancement of urban youth and organizations that serve them to reduce illiteracy, poverty, crime and fatherlessness.

About Ron McConico:

Ron describes himself as an indigenous youth worker from North Minneapolis.  After returning to work with kids in the inner-city neighborhood where he grew up, Ron made a lifetime commitment to serve in Youth Ministry. He has held true to that commitment and has been serving in youth ministry for over 30 years. God has given Ron some very clear insights as to the needs of our urban communities and the youth that occupy them.

Ron is the founding Executive Director of Youth Resources and Burning Bush Creation and has now entered into a partnership with Tentmakers to bring relevant training to urban volunteers and youth workers. Ron is also a graduate of Tentmakers' Nehemiah Leadership Institute.
